TLGEC and INTILION hit milestone in UK energy transition

Together with The Little Green Energy Company (TLGEC) we have successfully launched the first commercial and industrial (C&I) battery storage project in the UK.

The INTILION | scalestac battery system is connected to two existing PV systems with a total power of 307 kWp. INTILION | scalestac with a capacity of 616 kWh and a power output of 154 kVA can now store energy from these PV systems. This allows the customer, an industrial pump supplier in Essex, to meet their electricity demand more efficiently and achieve significant savings on their electricity bills.

James Deane, Managing Director of The Little Green Energy Company, said: “I am thrilled to have completed our first joint project with INTILION. This collaboration is a significant step towards our shared goals of helping businesses to generate and store their own renewable energy”.

The partnership with TGLEC is a major milestone for the energy transition in the UK. It shows that businesses are willing to invest in renewable energy and energy storage to reduce their electricity consumption and advance the energy transition. We‘re looking forward to implementing further joint projects.
