On 22 October 2019 our colleague Hans Paurat took part in the intralogistics day of L. Dietze & Sohn Fördertechnik GmbH. On this day everything revolved around the topic of energy and drive technology for industrial trucks. This was also reflected in an exciting panel discussion, in which Hans Paurat was also available to answer questions. The discussion focused on new trends and drive concepts in intralogistics, such as the use of lithium-ion and hydrogen systems, charge and load management and profitability and efficiency in operation using alternative energy systems.
In this context, Hans Paurat presented our lithium-ion-based battery storage systems, which are used where load peaks need to be reduced. This enables companies to reduce their energy costs considerably.
