Our reaction to COVID-19 – We are still there for you.

What does this mean?

As a first step, we have implemented all the recommendations of the Federal Ministry of Health and the Robert Koch Institute for handling COVID-19 within the company.

In addition to comprehensive hygiene training, we have reduced the travel activities of our employees until further notice and hold external meetings in the form of video or telephone conferences. It goes without saying that in the current environment, the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners is our top priority.

What does this mean for our cooperation?

We examined our relevant business processes at our company for possible effects of the pandemic and equipped all employees needed to maintain daily business with laptops and mobile phones.

We have reviewed our infrastructure and also tested the conditions to ensure that we are fully capable of doing business even in quarantine and at the same time can act in a customer-oriented manner. In addition, by using the latest cloud and communication software, we are able to work at any time without being tied to a specific location.

From now, employees from system-relevant areas will organise themselves in such a way that, in the event of an infection, the spread of the infection to the entire team is prevented, so that they can always remain capable of acting.

We take the current situation caused by COVID-19 very seriously, but do not see any worrying risks for our business operations.
