Donations Instead of Gifts

Employees of INTILION support Paderborn Tafel and Caritas Associati-on Paderborn with Christmas initiatives

Employees of the company INTILION from Paderborn are supporting those in need in the region during Christmas. Under the slogan “Donations Instead of Gifts,” the team has donated two pallets with fresh and durable food items to the Paderborn Tafel. “This year, we have decided to renounce Christmas presents for our customers and instead support the Paderborn Tafel. It is important for us to specifically help people in our region who need assistance the most,” says Frederik Süllwald, Head of Global Sales & KAM at INTILION.

Christmas gifts for children in the region

In addition, 50 gifts will bring joy to children’s faces on Christmas Eve. In collaboration with the Caritasverband Paderborn, INTIL-ION has once again called for a Christmas wish campaign this year. Children and teenagers from families in need in the region wrote down their wishes on wish fulfillment cards. These cards were then displayed in the Paderborn office. Employees could take a card, purchase the desired gift, and wrap it festively.

Yesterday, the INTILION team handed over the gifts to the Caritasverband Paderborn. “The fact that not every family is equally well off becomes particularly apparent during the Christmas season when financial shortages are particularly noticeable. That’s why it’s great that through this initiative, one of the Christmas wishes for children is coming true,” says Dominik Neugebauer, Head of Social Services at Caritasverband Paderborn e.V.
