All our lithium-ion systems are equipped with an integrated and intelligent battery management system (BMS).The BMS, which is in constant contact with the battery, monitors the battery continuously and switches it off reliably and safely when it leaves the operating window. We also offer you a fire protection guarantee through our mechanical concept according to VDE-AR-E 2510-50, so your systems are always well protected.

We offer you two secure module versions

Due to its fully mechanical structure, INTILION’s patented fire protection system reliably and safely fulfils all fire protection requirements according to VDE-AR-E 2510-50. By means of an optionally available gas filter system, it is possible to neutralise gases produced in larger plants. Our system is available as a stackable solution and as a 19″ rack-mounted version.

SAFETY

Unique fire protection system with triple protection

Modern lithium-ion batteries are considered safe and tested today. However, despite the highest safety standards in the media, lithium fires are sometimes reported. Although they are mostly caused by external factors, a fire represents a high potential risk. Therefore, play it safe with our unique fire protection system.

Battery management system

The integrated battery management system continuously monitors the battery and switches it off when it leaves the operating window.

Fire protection guarantee

Due to a mechanical concept according to VDE-AR-E 2510-50 all our batteries are equipped and guarantee a reliable fire protection.

Optional gas filter system

By using an optionally available gas filter­system, it is possible for larger units to neutralize the produced gases.
